• After I finished Serbian Chairs, I stayed fascinated by the small settings of chairs, carpets and tables. They defined for me a lving space for people in their absence. I then started looking for chairs, carpets and tables myself. On the internet and on the street. In the end I created new seatings. In this case the they come from the household of deceased people. People who (I assume) never knew each other. I put together the furniture they had been using for a long time. Bringing together their living spaces into a new one.
